I was so pleased that you guys were ready for me when I arrived - I literally drove my car straight into the bay even though I was almost 10 mins early. I arrived back 70 mins later as you said you would take about an hour and my car was already out of the bay and waiting for me. You were perfectly on time and my bill was already printed up for me as well - I was in and out in about 5 minutes. It really made my day!

"Dear John,
Let me state categorically, I'd rather go to the dentist than take my car to a mechanic.
For weeks I've been putting off bringing my car in to deal with a screeching noise which I suspected was a belt requiring replacement. "After all" I thought, "it's just a small inconvenience to put up with."
But as the screeching persisted and became louder and more prevalent; as neighbours started covering their ears and pedestrians looked for bomb shelters whenever I drove by, I finally succumbed to the shame brought on by my vehicular noise pollution.
So, last week I dropped my car off with your staff fully expecting to find out that the belt had been replaced and that lowed another $4.25 for parts and hundreds of dollars for labour.
Imagine my shock and surprise when I found out that your mechanic had simply adjusted my belt and that there was no charge. Excuse me! Did you say no charge? Is that even allowed according to the Mechanic's Creed? Well, I guess it must be.
John, the words Integrity and Auto Mechanic don't often go together in the same statement. I'm very pleased that I've found an Auto Mechanic that exhibits the traits of Honesty and Integrity that seem to be so elusive in your industry.
